Heat Shield Insulation Liners
These dual-layer construction (aluminum and Dura 2000) heat shield insulation liners provide increased riding comfort while maintaining the stock look. Precision-cut to fit exactly inside the stock heat shield, they are invisible but block heat transfer and lower the surface temperature of the outer shield by greater than 60 percent. They are easy to install with no modifications needed and made in USA by Design Engineering Inc.
ODC Fork Cartridge Kits
Made in Italy by ODC (Otto Di Cuori) for "those who want to improve road holding from American standards into high performance according to European standards," these kits convert stock front forks into a cartridge type fork with adjustable preload, compression and rebound for improved straight line, cornering and braking road holding. A fully reversible install that does not require permanent modifications, they feature adjusting options on the top of the fork tubes, just above the upper triple tree, and are available for a wide range of H-D applications.
S&S M-8 Manifold
This cast aluminum high-flow manifold is said to add 3-5 hp and is a straight replacement for the stock polymer unit. Described as "a must-have for top-level performance," it comes complete with rubber seal for all 2017 to present Touring and Trike and 2018 to present Softail models.

Star Racing - of George Bryce/NHRA Pro Stock fame - has been a synonym for horsepower for more than four decades. TBR for Sportster S
This exhaust (for closed course competition) is a cat-delete stainless steel 2-into-1 system with removable baffle. It is 15 lbs (6.8 kg) lighter than stock and features full length heat shields and a carbon fiber end cap. Constructed from mandrel bent stainless steel tubing with TIG welds by hand.
