Arlen Ness - 'Flatline' Forged Billet Wheels
Dublin, California based Arlen Ness Enterprises has added to its popular Forged Billet Wheels line-up with these new 'Flatline' designs - "combining lightweight race-inspired design with high level CNC machine detail."
Precision CNC machined from Radial Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum, they come with a smooth rolled rim lip that features a CNC perimeter cut for reduced weight and style and accept Ness Cartridge Type Wheel Hubs.
Flatline wheel inserts are available separately and allow the rider to add an anodize color or carbon fiber accents to any FlatLine wheel.
"Our rigorous quality control ensures superior radial and lateral runout accuracy," says Zach Ness. "They are structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT, JAS and TUV International Load Ratings"

Arlen Ness 'Flatline' forged wheels are a modular 'Build Your Own Wheel' program - choose your rim size then additionally order the correct hub kit per your application/model; the rim is sold separately from the hub.

Available rim sizes at this time include 19" x 3.25" / 21" x 3.5" / 21" x 5.5" / 18" x 5.5". They are finished in black anodioze with laser engraved Arlen Ness logo.
