Klock Tire Hugger Front Fender Fit Kit
As an alternate to traditional "full coverage" fender styles, Mitchell, SD based Klock Werks founder Brian Klock says: "Take a look at our Tire Hugger Series Front Fender options for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Designed to hug the tire closely to show off the wheel, these direct bolt-on replacement fenders will dramatically change the look of any bike."
All Klock Werks front fenders are stamped from 14-gauge steel using precision, deep-draw stamping technology that ensures a consistently smooth and flawless finish, minimizing bodywork. The 14-gauge stamped steel is rigid enough to act as a fork brace.
Laser cut using five-axis laser technology ensures accurate fitment for direct bolt-on installation. "We then go the extra mile to add e-coat (electro-static coating), a process that minimizes the need for bodywork and continues to resist rust and corrosion even after it's painted," says Brian.
"Painters love our fenders and your customers will too." Fitments are available for 16", 17", 18", 19" (130/60-19 tire) or 21" wheels (120/70-21 and 130/60-21 tire). If you're utilizing Arlen Ness Hot Legs, you'll simply need to obtain Hot Legs mounting blocks from an alternative supplier."
Klock Werks Front Fender Mounting Blocks are machined from billet aluminum and available in a Satin (Raw) finish. "They are designed to provide perfect spacing for easy installation of the Tire Hugger Front Fender." The 'Fit Kit' includes front fender, Satin (Raw) mounting blocks and all necessary hardware.
