Fox Factory Holding Corp. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Custom Wheel House, LLC (Rancho Dominguez, California), a designer, marketer and distributor of high-performance wheels, performance off-road tires and accessories. The purchase price for the transaction, which is subject to customary adjustments, is based on an enterprise value of $131.6m and will be financed through a combination of cash on hand and borrowings from the company's line of credit. CWH brands include Method Race Wheels, Tensor Tire and GMZ Race Products.
Royal Enfield North America is recalling certain 2017-2021 Himalayan motorcycles. "The salt used to treat the roads in the winter may corrode the brake calipers, causing a decrease or total loss of brake function."
