Founded in 2002 and most closely associated with its award-winning Throttle Body programs, Gasoline Alley, Indianapolis based Horsepower Inc. (HPi - Jimmy and Laura Light) is a second-generation family-owned manufacturer of performance fuel injected parts for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Indeed, HPi was the first company to manufacture an aftermarket throttle body and intake replacement for the Harley-Davidson industry. Coming up to date, HPi continues to react to changes in the fuel injection market before anyone else. It is one of the only companies to offer a throttle body for all makes and models of Harley-Davidson motorcycles that fits all popular build specifications, while staying OEM compatible.
Down the years the company's tremendous investment in new technology to expand its product line and produce quality products has included new design software, multi-axis machining centers, inspection equipment and more.
Therefore it is no surprise that in the past few years HPi has been taking opportunities to put its kit (including at its pro-build in-house dyno facility) to work in additional product areas - especially the exhaust sector, where experience in dealing with the air flow into fuel injection systems on V-twin engines is at a premium when it comes dealing with emissions gas flow on the way out.
Options include pie-cut, race style spring mounted M8 Bagger shorty and full length from 2017 and up (plus the latest CVO models), and M8 Softail Standard and ST 2017-2024 and 2025 and up fitments, Dyna and FXR models.
