Sportster S Heat Shield Liner Kit
Already available for most Indian Big Twin and Scout models, and most H-D Touring, Softail and Sportsters ('14 - '22 XL and '22 - '24 Nightster), Avon Lake, Ohio based sound and heat management specialist Design Engineering has now added a heat shield liner kit for the stylish Sportster S.
Designed to insulate the outer heat shield surface, without compromising the looks of the bike, DEI liners are completely hidden when installed - precision-cut to fit in-between the exhaust pipe and the heat shield.
Easy to install, with no permanent modifications needed, they are dual-layer constructed of aluminum and their proprietary Dura 2000 durable, long-lasting insulating material offers over a 60% reduction in the heat on the outer surface of the stock shield.
