S&S Piston Cooling Jet Kit
Whether it's a big-inch project or rebuilding a stock Twin Cam, S&S Cycle recommends replacing the OEM single-jet design with the company's new dual-jet oilers.
Designed to reliably and uniformly cool both sides of the pistons, these S&S Piston Cooling Jets are made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized Performance Blue. This S&S patented design (US Patent #11927127) also includes a shortened nozzle, offering more clearance for performance builds.
Delivering equivalent oil flow to stock, revised spray locations mean more effective cooling and being shorter than the OEM part they replace means greater rod clearance. They ship with all the needed gaskets and hardware. As with all custom installations and builds, S&S recommends checking clearance before final assembly.
