"Leaking piston cooling jets can send too much oil into the crankcase, causing high engine oil sump levels. Our new tool is a modular solution that can be used in conjunction with our #9010 cam plate test tool or used as a standalone unit."
If you already have its #9010 cam plate test tool, see kit #9070, which includes the piston cooling jet test block and mounting hardware; if you do not have the #9010, then look for kit #9071, which includes the piston cooling jet test plate, air pressure regulator and all fittings needed.
