S&S - Lava Chrome Finish MK45 Late Model Touring Mufflers Offer +7 hp
S&S Cycle, the Viola, Wisconsin masters of 'Proven Performance', continues to expand its exhaust offerings with these new MK45 M-8 slip-on mufflers for M-8 CVO Touring applications.
Finished in its exclusive Lava Chrome finish, which matches the CVO look as well as its Lava Chrome teardrop Stealth covers, they feature S&S' 'Cutlass' billet end caps and elevate the stock styling.
By leveraging the mirror finish of traditional chromium and giving it a "smokey radiance," they produce a very dark look while retaining the reflective qualities - matching the stock 'Scorched Chrome' headers for a uniform look.
Additionally available for most 1995-up H-D Touring models, with a selection of billet end caps available, on late model Touring applications, S&S engineers are reporting a +7 hp gain when tested with an S&S Power Tune dual header and Stealth air cleaner.
The stainless steel baffle features durable RaceTEX cartridge packing. The mufflers are also available in show quality chrome or Guardian Black finishes with two end cap styles - Thruster or Tracer - and removable J2825 compliant dB reducer.
These mufflers are qualified manufacturer declared U.S. 50-State legal as an emissions replacement part on all 2017-20 FL Touring models.
