The range is centered on sintered and ceramic pads, high-carbon and stainless rotors and braided stainless brake lines built to outlast the bike they're mounted on. The company's rotors are engineered in USA and manufactured in the EU in ISO certified facilities.

GBrakes rotors are manufactured from heat-treated, high-carbon virgin 420 stainless steel. Each rotor is precision laser-cut (never stamped) and a parallel double-disc grinding process to achieve exceptional flatness and a tight-tolerance surface finish. The rotors are then Cryo-Tech treated down to -300° to further enhance material stability, durability, and performance.

Each GBrakes rotor features a unique wave-shaped edge that enhances airflow and heat dissipation, delivering cooler, more consistent braking under extreme conditions. Unlike conventional round rotors, the Wave profile reduces unsprung weight, sheds debris efficiently, and maintains a cleaner pad surface for maximum bite.
