S&S Product additions

Billet Head Breathers for Twin Cam models

S&S Cycle, the Viola, Wisconsin based Masters of 'Proven Performance' has released new Billet Head Breathers (Part # 900-1299) for 1999-2017 big twins.

Crafted from premium 6061 aluminum and anodized in the iconic S&S blue, "they look good and perform even better. Inside you will find our proprietary Labyrinth design to significantly reduce oil pass-through, keeping the engine running cleaner."

The maintenance-free billet 6061 aluminum construction provides a superior seal in the head, minimizing leaks, and maximizing performance over the [rather inferior] stock plastic units.

'Swindler' Crossover Plug Kit

For those looking for increased performance and reduced weight (and who isn’t), there is no better choice than a 2-into-1 exhaust - it’s a tried and tested truth universally acknowledged by all power-addicts.

S&S has now made that upgrade easier and more economical than ever before with a 2-into-1 conversion muffler kit. This kit removes the left side muffler and header and routes spent gases through a single 4" Grand National or 4.5" GNX muffler.

The kit is available with or without muffler of choice, in black or chrome.

M8 Billet Oval Port Fuel Rail kit

S&S says that Harley's CVO models deserve the best components available, so worrying about a cracked or warped fuel rail giving the performance engine improper flow just doesn’t sit well with the performance engineers at the house of 'Proven Performance'.

"That’s why we are launching our oval port Billet Fuel Rails for M8 engines. Machined out of 6061 aluminum, anodized black, and fitting all stock M8 Oval Port models (aka Center-Cooled) this genuine S&S Cycle Billet Fuel Rail Kit is a direct replacement for the plastic system that comes stock on 2023-up M8 CVOs.

These upgraded kits provide a 44% increase in fuel flow capacity and dampen fuel pulsing, which results in a smoother and more efficient ride.
