R&P itself is owned by Taglich Private Equity - a 2001 founded, Stowe, VT., based "value-oriented financial sponsor that is focused on investing in the lower middle-market". Specializing in "recapitalizations, management buyouts, and majority equity investments", TPE says it targets "manufacturing, business services and consumer products companies."
