With tunes already loaded, the Power Vision 3 is an "easy-to-use device" that "can start optimizing the bike right out of the box." The PV3 can hold multiple tunes and riders can build and save their own tunes - it ships with expert technical support included - and can be mounted as an extra diagnostics panel.
