It ships with an adjustable rain cover and a reinforced frame and plate keeps the shape of the bag. 

The large opening makes for an ergonomic and versatile product line that uses pulse tape and carabiners for secure expandability. 

Also seen here, this Kuryakyn Micro Rack fits most H-D models with 1/4"-20 seat mount screws and 2014-2020 Indian models (excepting for Scout Bobber/Twenty and FTR).
