AXEO High-Performance Front Suspension Systems
Drag Specialties says that AXEO front suspension systems (by Legend Suspensions, Sturgis, SD) will "improve the stability, cornering and traction of your motorcycle, delivering a smooth, controlled ride quality."
"This kit eliminates front end dive during aggressive braking and maneuvering, gives a firmer feel in high-speed, sweeping turns, eliminates bottoming out on large bumps or potholes and reduces the risks of floorboard or peg dragging."
Kits include two monotube, dual-chambered nitrogen charged fork damping cartridges with performance fork spring rates and internal floating pistons, machined 303 stainless steel threaded fork preload adjusters and an increased range of preload settings to allow fine-tuning of the front suspension for riding style and rider weight.
Designed for optimum performance with Legend rear suspension systems, they are available in standard height or 2" taller than stock (new upper fork tubes will be required).
2017-20 AXEO systems retain the new dual-bending valve technology of the stock fork leg and they ship with a quart bottle of Maxima racing fork oil. Fitments include 49 mm forks on '14-'20 FLHT/FLHR/FLHX/FLTRX/FLTRU and 41 mm forks on '97-'13 FLT/FLHT/FLHR/FLTR/FLHX, '09-'13 FLHCUTG and '00-'17 Softails.
