March 26th-28th Abu Dhabi
ABU Dhabi’s National Exhibition Center, will host the 3rd custom bike, motorcycle and car show ‘Custom Show Emirates’ over the weekend of March 26 28, 2015.
Organized by renowned German ‘Showmaster’ Frank Sander, a highlight of the show that has quickly established itself is the ‘Middle East Biker Build-Off’, which will see Middle East and Arab Customizer compete with well-established bike builders from Europe and the US. During the Bike Build-Off two young teams from Dubai and Germany will also compete. Lycan Customs, based in Dubai, will be challenged by 24-year-old Florian Engel of Engels Schmiede (Angels Blacksmith) and his handpicked team, to build custom bikes live on stage.
Among the European custom builders that will be traveling to the show are German Stainless-steel specialist Aykut Tartaroglu of AT American Cycles fame, who won his trip at the 2014 Swiss Moto, and who will be displaying his supercharged Stage III custom build. Michael Naumann, winner of the HMT, Magic Bike Rüdesheim Bike show and also last year’s Emirates Show, has been invited to return by the organizers with one of his one-off custom creations.
Beside the bikes on display, co-operation between Emirates Custom Show and Las Vegas-based SEMA will see a car show taking place at the same time, introducing international renowned tuners and accessory brands. As part of the car show there will be drift shows, a custom car competition and live tuning.
