ProCharger

ProCharger M8 System Scoops Sema Award

Kansas City based Supercharger system manufacturer ProCharger recently scooped a best engineered new product award at SEMA (Las Vegas, November 2025) for its latest M8 Supercharger.

Claimed power gains of up to 75% more than stock, while "keeping your ride cool, reliable, and road-ready" are among the benefits that Power Charger cites for their self-contained, intercooled design, with "riders seeing massive real-world improvements, such as instant throttle response, effortless passing power, and torque that just won't quit.

"Every rider can use a bit more boost, right?" says Walt Sipp, the Director of Service and Motorsports at ProCharger manufacturer Accessible Technologies, Inc. "Just don't blame us for any extra tire wear or occasional throttle-induced wheelie.

"Whether you're cruising across the country, heading to Sturgis, or showing off at bike night, every rider can boost the performance of the 2024 and up M8 with this latest, award-winning version of our famed Supercharger kits.

"It delivers the coolest charge air temps and biggest power gains in the industry, with smooth, on-demand boost and seamless throttle response for superior rideability. It is a simple bolt-on installation using only basic hand tools.

"The air-to-air intercooling produces consistent, reliable power with no moving parts and our dry-belt drive system means long belt life and zero oil contamination. With just 10 psi of pump-gas-friendly boost, riders are seeing 70–75% horsepower increases - all from a system designed for durability and ease of use.

"Each ProCharger High Output Intercooled Kit includes the proven B-1 supercharger head unit, large front-mount intercooler, and a precision-engineered dual dry-belt drive. We have been making motorcycle supercharger kits right here in the United States at our Kansas City Campus for over 30-years.

AMA Pro Racing and Cory Texter Race Promotions

AFT and Cory Texter Race Promotions - Grand National Championship

AMA Pro Racing and Cory Texter Race Promotions have released the details of their ambitious collaboration ahead of the 2026 Progressive American Flat Track season - a collaboration which will "pave the road to the Grand National Championship for the future stars of the sport."

As part of this initiative, each of the first seven stops on the 2026 AFT calendar will be preceded by an AMA-sanctioned Mission Foods CTR Showcase Event to be held at the same venue on the day before the subsequent American Flat Track National.

As well as introducing aspiring young amateur racers to the Progressive AFT paddock it will provide them with an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the key stakeholders of the sport.

Each Mission Foods CTR Showcase Event will feature the 450 Road to AFT class, which will utilize the same technical rules as the all-new AFT 450 ProSport class. The top 12 finishers in the Road to AFT Main Events will automatically qualify for an AFT 450 ProSport license and will be granted entry for the following day's National event.

Additionally, points from the Road to AFT class can be applied toward earning an AMA Pro Expert license for the 2027 season.

"This direct pipeline connects the amateur and pro ranks of motorcycle dirt track racing like never before, helping ensure that the most promising talents are identified and provided with the maximum opportunity to both build their individual careers and strengthen the sport as a whole.

"By its very design, AFT 450 ProSport plays a critical role in that masterplan. This stepping-stone class is built around stock 450 cc single-cylinder motorcycles featuring minimal modifications. As such, AFT 450 ProSport reduces financial barriers while creating a level playing field that showcases rider talent more so than equipment to encourage broad participation from grassroots racers.

"With lowered operating and bike preparation costs, amateurs, privateers, small teams, and regional aces alike will be provided a shared arena in which they can demonstrate their ability before a national audience.

Cory Texter, two-time AFT Production Twins Champion and founder of Cory Texter Race Promotions is the man behind the plan and he said: "It's been a long time coming, and we've been working tirelessly to make this happen. It's a great opportunity for amateur riders to compete at the same venues as the professional series, racing in front of professional teams and partners.

"We will be at different venues all around the country, which was important so that we could provide this opportunity to riders from as wide a geographic area as possible. For as long as I can remember, my passion has been growing the sport, and I am excited to take this important step toward that goal."

In addition to the 450 Road to AFT class, the AMA-sanctioned Mission Foods CTR Showcase events will feature amateur classes for all ages and motorcycle sizes, providing riders the opportunity to compete at professional-level facilities in front of the Progressive American Flat Track fans attending the weekend's races.

Feuling Parts

Maximum Output AR Exhausts for M8 Baggers

These AR (Anti-Reversion) exhaust systems from Feuling Parts in California feature triple-stepped head pipes and straight can muffler design. They are available in brushed stainless or show polish finish, with short or long tapered end caps.

The triple stepping in these handcrafted, tuned length 2 into 1 high performance exhaust systems for M8 Touring Models are 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" to 2" with large 2 3/4" collector exit and stepped 2 3/4" to 2 7/8" 'Dogball' muffler core. The two different end cap lengths options allows the exhaust to sit flush with the standard or extended H-D saddlebags. Matching Pseudo pipes are available as well (Part #5903, #5903SP, #5904, or #5904SP).

"Our patented Anti-Reversion chamber technology (Patent # US 4206600 A & 6336471 B1) has been transferred from Feuling performance automotive developed designs dating back to the 1970s.

"Designed to increase power, throttle response and fuel economy they also reduce carbon deposits and cylinder temperatures. This is achieved by the overlapping bulb chamber inside that trap negative exhaust waves carrying heat and spent gases.

"By blocking these waves, we also reduce exhaust gas from re-entering the combustion chamber, allowing for a more positive intake charge and crisper throttle response. This will also allow for a leaner tune increasing fuel economy.

"The Stepped 'Dogball' Muffler inserts (Patent #5,173,576) are another patented technology - this one dating back to the early 1990s. Designed to minimize the drone/hollow noise common in straight through mufflers and absorb high pitch frequencies, they produce a unique deep tone while maintaining inertia.

"Providing excellent low to mid-range torque and a signature high RPM note, the baffles are wrapped with stainless mat then fiberglass packing to extend packing life. The high-flow billet end cap that is finished is tapered on the inside for optimal flow and sound."

The 1 3/4" stepped head pipe into the Feuling Anti-Reversion chamber steppes to 1 7/8" then to 2". The head pipes enter a true performance merge collector with a 2 3/4" exit into the straight can muffler - the baffle is stepped 2 3/4" to 2 7/8".

This system comes standard with 18 mm 02 bungs; adapters are included to run the factory style 12 mm 02 sensors. FEULING Exhaust Systems are hand tig welded, and hand brushed or hand polished for a high-grade show finish.

Lyndall Brakes

Lyndall Starts Monolithic V-Twin Wheel Production

San Marcos, Texas based Lyndall Brakes has confirmed the start of production on an awaited monolithic wheel - what it describes as "the world's first truly monolithic wheel designed specifically for V-Twin motorcycles."

"This groundbreaking wheel sets a new benchmark in motorcycle design and engineering," according to CEO Paul Kittrell. "This isn't just a new product - it's a new category."

Weighing as little as 9 lbs 5 oz, "it is lighter and more rigid than anything previously available on the market" says Paul. "It features a boltless front-wheel design, made possible by our patented Lug-Drive attachment system - eliminating the need for traditional hardware and reducing potential points of failure.

The first set made its debut at the Circuit of the Americas in September, on Max Flinders #88 Road Glide in the KOTB round there - and he ran with them again at the season finale at the New Jersey Motorsports Park. Max is quoted as saying that "I was stunned by how light they were when I picked them up the first time.

"We got so many people taking pictures of them at the track because they look amazing. But my favourite thing is how they feel on the bike. The first time I hit the track I noticed just how the 'flickability' was easier allowing me to throw the bike around with ease."

Designed with plug-and-play fitment for Harley-Davidson models, Paul says this wheel combines "effortless installation with serious performance gains. Precision forged, turned, and milled in the USA, this innovation reflects Lyndall Brakes' ongoing commitment to American craftsmanship and cutting-edge design.

"Our monolithic wheel delivers unmatched weight savings and structural integrity, all while maintaining a sleek, hardware-free aesthetic that V-Twin riders will appreciate."

The wheel itself is forged in southern California - "in the same forging house as globally recognized brands". This project has been in the making for three years now - the idea being conceived during the 2022 King of the Baggers season, when Lyndall was the preferred wheel choice for the factory Indian / S&S Cycles team.

"One of the key things we love about MotoAmerica is that it is a very unforgiving environment that extracts the most from any team, rider, or manufacturer. This has driven our relentless pursuit of perfection - never settling for good enough. "

Initially focussed on Harley-Davidson models, Paul has plans to expand compatibility into other markets in the future.

The launch of the monolithic wheel comes on the heels of several recent product expansions from Lyndall Brakes, including new USA-made brake lines for improved durability and performance and expanded brake pad compounds engineered for a wider range of riding styles and conditions, including new fitments to accommodate the evolving demands in the V-Twin and performance motorcycle segments.
