Well known German accessories manufacturer Fehling offers dealers access to one of the largest handlebar, engine guard and protection parts ranges, as well as luggage racks and related parts, in the industry.
We recently showed their new TUV approved ‘Z’ bars, which are made in 1" (25.4 mm) outer diameter steel tubing and available in a choice of heights.
Fehling specialize in anything that involves tube bending, and seen here is a selection of their accessories for Harley’s Dyna Fat Bob (FXDF) that are available in chromed or, as seen here, black anodized steel for 2008-2013 and 2014 and up models.

Saddlebag latch inserts
These Joker Machine replacements for stock saddlebag latch reflectors are CNC machined in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum. They come in three different styles and colors, each polished, then hard black anodized or chrome-plated. Hard black latch inserts are machined again after anodizing for a multi-color finish. Easy installation, no special tool is required; sold in pairs for 2014-up Baggers.

Kerker options
Available in chrome or black, Kerker Stout 4” slip-ons are massive, non disc-based 4 inchers that use a more traditional core than the SuperTrapp Stouts. The streamlined, tapered end cap with recessed fasteners comes pre-installed. Described as providing a “bold, strong power curve from mid-range on up with a +9.6 (+17%) hp and +9 (+12%) torque gain over stock, at 5 dB over stock, they are louder than SuperTrapp Stouts, providing a classic, deep, throaty rumble.”
Also available for ’10 – ’16 FLH models in a kit which includes SuperTrapp’s unfiltered 2-into-1-into-2 head pipe that “substantially outflows the stock unit,” it utilizes the stock heat shields for a cleaner and sleeker appearance and it has O2 ports. They are also compatible with chrome or black SuperTrapp True Duals or the SuperTrapp Crossover conversion adapter kit.
With optional chrome or black end caps available and sold separately as replacements, or to mix and match for a customized look, they fit Baggers, Tri-Glides and Street Glide trikes.
Also seen here, Kerker K Series slip-ons for ’16 Night Rods have a 2.5” baffle, are 13 lbs. lighter than stock and are said to provide Night Rods with “that deep, bold, signature Kerker sound.” Made with brushed aluminum impact-extruded canisters, the core and packing are rebuildable.

Stamped steel dash
This new stamped steel, e-coated and ready-to-paint stamped steel dash is a replacement for '97-'07 FLHT, FLTR, FLHX and '08+ FLHT, FLTR, FLHX and HD FL Trike models that "lets you achieve a stretched look for a fraction of the cost of actually stretching the tank or purchasing a new one," says Brian Klock, President of Mitchell, South Dakota based Klock Werks.
"Our design is a simple install that gives a Bagger or Softail a clean, low-profile look." It is available in three lengths for different seat styles, and accepts most aftermarket low-profile vented gas caps; dash trim included.
On Softails ('00+ FXST, FLST models, except FXS, FXSTD) it comes as a dash and ignition switch relocation kit. The kit uses the stock ignition switch and key. The chrome ignition mount replaces the "obtrusive" horn mount (requires horn relocation).

'Shotgun' exhaust pipes
Brunswick, Ohio based Lowbrow Customs has designed these new 'Shotgun' exhaust pipes for 1986 - 2016 Sportsters.
Ideal for added ground clearance on a scrambler or tracker, or just for high-and-tight style on a rigid or stock Sportster, 'Shotgun' exhaust pipes "make quick work of improving your motorcycle's look and sound," according to the company.
Said to be a quick and E-Z bolt-on install with the included heavy-duty mounting brackets and hardware, they are compatible with Lowbrow Customs' cast aluminum heat shields for added style and function.

Climax brand concealed controls packages
Henderson, Nevada based Custom Cycle Control Systems has launched what it is describing as "newly engineered" Climax concealed hand controls packages, with three different handlebar style options available.
Described as entirely self-contained and completely concealed, CCCS say they are designed to solve the "clean handlebar" dilemma with one complete package.
"Climax hidden hand control systems are by far the cleanest looking "self-contained" handlebar systems available. Designed to function as good as they look, these concealed handlebar systems will enhance the look of any bike."
All the lines, wires and cables run through the bars and exit below the top tree. If you choose to buy a complete controls and handlebar package, CCCS also offer three different handlebar styles to choose from: T-Bars, Stealth Bars and Ape Hangers.
All the wires, cables and lines come extra long, so you can "cut to length" and the kits also feature hidden brake and clutch fluid reservoirs, quick and easy syringe action reservoir filling and bleeding, with onboard funnel located inside the grip, and nine micro switches to maintain the stock brake, clutch, interlock, dimmer, turn signal, horn and start switch functions, with two extra switches for custom applications.
They also feature convenient push pin accessibility to the internal throttle and reservoirs (no special tools needed), with an easily accessed dual cable internal throttle.
The front marker lights can be relocated with CCCS bright LED hand levers; a hollow riser mount kit is also offered with standard rubber mount bushings and hollow riser studs. Available in polished show chrome finish or black anodized, they ship with smooth rubber grips, but custom options are available through Accutronix.
The install kit includes everything necessary - hydraulic fittings, relay, bleeder bolt, fill funnel, throttle cables/ends and ferrules, but does not include hydraulic actuator or side cover.
