OWNERS of H-D Touring models now have an even greater choice of exhaust options following the launch by Firebrand of its Double Down slip-on mufflers.
The Double Down slip-ons have 1-3/4in tail pipes, covered by 2-1/4in heat shields leading into 2-1/2in muffler bodies. Tucked under the bike’s saddlebags are four mufflers featuring the proprietary ‘Quadradical’ end treatment. Combined with Twincore baffle technology, developed specifically for this product, the Double Downs are said to deliver a deep muscular sound and optimum performance.
Firebrand’s Double Downs work with OEM and most aftermarket head pipes, and fit all Harley touring models manufactured since ‘95 (the slip-ons do not fit with extended bags or skirts).
