Zodiac additions ...Mupo high-performance shocks
New products this month from Dutch distributor Zodiac International include these high performance shock absorbers for v-twin applications from specialist Italian suspension engineer Mupo.
Well known in Europe for their race credentials, this know-how has transferred from the paddock to the street with a product range that has so many adjustability options that just one part number can be used on 2004 to present Sportsters, 1991 to present Dyna models, 2002 to present V-Rods and 1988 to present tourers.
Seen here, ST1 black Piggy Back shocks with adjustable spring pre-load, 40 position rebound, 24 position compression and 8mm adjustable length; ST3 black shocks with adjustable spring pre-load, 40 position rebound and 8mm adjustable length; HD1 chrome or black shocks with adjustable spring pre-load and 8mm adjustable length.
S&S Power Tune exhaust systems
Zodiac has already had S&S Power Tune exhaust systems for Sportsters available to its dealers, but is now also stocking them for Softail and Dyna models.
Available in chrome or a high temperature black ceramic coating, the CNC machined billet end caps and pipes are sold separately, so dealers have flexibility when ordering for a customer bike.
The long dual pipes feature the S&S spherical port ends for reliable sealing and are connected by a hidden cross-over that ensures a wide, smooth power band, and they come with a 2 1/2" (6.4cm) diameter 220 degree coverage heat shield.
V-Rod headlight
Zodiac's V-Rod headlights are a stock replacement for most 2002 to present V-Rods that are popular for custom projects too. They come complete with housing, E-approved headlamp light unit with parking, high and low beam Halogen bulbs, wiring loom, connectors and side-mount bolts.
Legacy gas tanks for Sportsters
Zodiac say their 12 liter capacity "Legacy" Sportster gas tanks are "well known for their proper fit and reliable quality." Described as "Peanuts with attitude!", they create a convincing classic look with the side indents and (separately available) rubber knee pads. They take the stock or any aftermarket screw-in style gas cap designed for that model. Legacy 'Lynx' tanks have a non-stock style bung and come complete with a 'Lynx' style pop-up gas cap; tanks for 2007 and up models are ready to take the OEM fuel pump.
Electro-pneumatic horns
Zodiac say their electro-pneumatic horns are loud. Very loud! The integrated compressors mean there are no external air hoses; available as single or dual note horns, they are an easy single-point install.
Burly sissybar for Sportster
Also seen here, Zodiac is stocking a wide selection of short or tall Burly Brand sissybars. With or without back pads, they mount to the outside of the fender rails on 2004 and up XLs; available in black or chrome.
