Puig Hi-Tech Parts - Pan America Ergonomic Additions

All Puig products are designed and manufactured in-house at its Barcelona, Spain headquarters and meet the highest European approvals standards.
Sport Screen
Designed equally for aesthetics and functionality, these screens are available in a range of colors, match the lines of the bike and aerodynamically protect the rider "by offering a clear and optimal field of view for relatively short trips or urban riding." Wider and around 45 mm shorter than the stock windshield, they "provide the rider with remarkable protection and a feeling of comfort, as well as delivering a sporty aesthetic without diminishing the rider's field of vision."
All Puig screens are manufactured in 3 or 4 mm thick CN acrylic and are finished with rounded edges for safety regulation compliance. They ship with a virtual wind tunnel generated aerodynamic study that shows the performance advantages of the Puig design compared to the OE design it replaces.
Though smaller than stock, it can still be raised using the adjustable mechanism that Harley fits to the Pan America as standard. Available in clear, smoke, dark smoke and black.
Touring Screen
Similar in specification and features to the Sport Screen, Puig uses the same 4 mm acrylic material with UV protection and, for this design, a 2 mm rounded edge for "a more elegant touch and greater security." Designed to increase the aerodynamic protection, the extra width gives greater protection in the forearms and back.
As with the Sport Screen, this Touring design can also be raised using the stock mechanism. The virtual wind tunnel testing has revealed this design to provide 60% more aerodynamic protection and to reduce the air pressure on the rider by 0.9 kg (approx. 2 lbs).
Windshield Support
Also seen here is a windshield support to reinforce and stabilize the screen, "providing extraordinary rigidity to the entire windscreen, reducing vibrations, which improves visibility."
With a discreet, compact and robust 2 mm thick design, it incorporates an aluminum bar to safely anchor the GPS, mobile phone holder or roadbook and is compatible with the Pan America's screen lifting mechanism. It is epoxy coated and finished in matte black. It is additionally compatible with all H-D Pan America screens and is a simple tool-free install.
Fenders
Puig's aerodynamic replacement rear fenders and fender extensions in high-end 4.5 mm thick ABS plastic and polycarbonate add a design flourish to an area of the Pan America that Harley assumed nobody would want to pay attention to - greatly increasing debris protection.
Two versions are offered - 'S', ideal for Naked models, and the 'R' that has been designed specifically for R motorcycles and 'Crosstourers'. Features include aluminum support, breaker design with aluminum injection supports fixed to the swingarm - available in flat black or carbon look.
Levers
Puig offers several styles of handlebar levers, including model-specific 2.0 and ergonomically optimized upgraded 3.0 clutch and brake lever designs that feature accents in a choice of seven different colorways and four formats of lever - folding, fixed, short and extendable folding. There is a choice of lever protector styles also available.
