Trask Performance Titanium Bitchin' Bolts
Phoenix, Arizona based Trask Performance, has announced the release of its new Trask Bitchin' Bolts - a premium line of Grade 5 titanium hardware engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson M8 models.
Designed for strength, weight reduction, and long- term reliability, these bolts "deliver a performance-focused upgrade with a sharper, more aggressive look."
Featuring a precision 12-point head, they provide increased torque control and reduced risk of stripping under hard use. Manufactured from aerospace-grade titanium, they are significantly lighter than stock hardware while offering exceptional fatigue resistance and corrosion-proof durability.
"Titanium hardware gives riders the best of both worlds, lighter weight (half the weight of steel) for improved handling, and the strength to handle serious vibration and horsepower," said Moots McDonagh, Service Manager at Trask Performance. "Bitchin' Bolts are built for those who want race-level performance in a package that also upgrades the look of their machine."
Grade 5 titanium is a corrosion-proof material and products built from it are highly resistant rust and seizing, even in harsh conditions. Trask's 12-Point Precision machining gives a cleaner look with better torque application and reduced wear. The exceptional fatigue resistance ensures longevity beyond OEM standards.
Trask has released kits that cover the complete driveline and fit late-model FL models with M8 motors. Next up, the company will be adding kits for the front and rear ends, followed by a line of M8 Softail hardware. After that, builder's kits for early models like Dyna and FXR will be rolled out.
"Whether replacing stock hardware or finishing a high-performance build, Trask Bitchin' Bolts combine raw performance with clean aesthetics, offering M8 riders a premium upgrade that lasts ride after ride" - available now from Drag Specialties or directly through Trask.
