KLOCK Werks developed its original patented Flare windshield in late 2006, and now the company has created a version that complements the new vent/duct system on ‘14 Batwing style H-D fairings.
The key feature of the Flare design are the ‘hips’ at the sides of the windshield that are said to re-route air, adding downforce for improved stability compared to the stock shield. In addition the flip at the top of the Flare redirects air back as clean, less turbulent air for rider and passenger.
Made from hard-coated polycarbonate material, the Flare for Batwings is available in 6.5in tint, dark smoke and black; 8.5in tint and dark smoke, and 11.5in tint and clear.
