Feuling OE+ cam chain tensioner conversion kits
Mojave, California based Feuling Parts’ cam chain tensioner conversion kits include the needed components to upgrade early '99-'06 style mechanical cam chain drive systems to the late '07-'16 hydraulic cam chain drive systems.
These kits include a Feuling OE+ billet oil pump and camplate, Feuling’s billet hydraulic tensioners, cam chains, sprockets, sprocket alignment spacers, Timken/Feuling bearings, needed gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam (Automotive Racing Components of Ventura, California), crank and tensioner hardware, Loctite and moly lube.
Feuling’s OE+ stock replacement billet camplates and oil pumps are manufactured from 6061 aluminum “providing increased rigidity and machined to Feuling’s high tolerance standards,” according to CEO Luke Leatherman. “It is a competitively priced product line that is an upgraded alternative to stock components. As with all our products, the OE+ oil pumps and camplates are designed and manufactured to the highest standard of quality with proven Feuling performance.”
The rocker box gasket kit is included, so the factory one-piece pushrods can be reused. For conversion style camshafts on all Twin Cam ’99-’00 and ’01 Magneti Marelli equipped engines we have designed-in the required timing tab on the rear camshaft sprocket for the camshaft sensor.
Feuling also have specific conversion camshaft hydraulic tensioner kits for Twin Cam '01-'06 Delphi equipped ignition system engines without cam sensor; conversion camplate hydraulic tensioner kits for all Twin Cam '99-'00 and '01 Bagger Magneti Marelli equipped engines requiring the timing tab on the rear camshaft sprocket for the camshaft sensor, with factory '00-'06 style splined chain drive camshafts; and conversion camplate hydraulic tensioner kits for Twin Cam '01-'06 Delphi equipped ignition system engines without cam sensor that have factory style '00-'06 splined chain drive camshafts.
