S&S Indian Challenger Wins Inaugural King of The Baggers

Kudos to Drag Specialties - after the initial COVID-19 driven postponement, the welcome King of The Baggers race initiative at the famous (infamous?) Laguna Seca Raceway went ahead on October 24 as part of the MotoAmerica GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Speedfest at Monterey.
Featuring 8 laps of one of the world's most iconic race circuits ('Corkscrew' and all!), as a fun-laced showcase for the premium performance 'Bagger'/H-D Touring model market it was an idea that deserved to succeed, and succeed it certainly did.

None more so than the S&S Cycle prepared Indian Challenger raced by former MotoAmerica racer Tyler O’Hara, taking a dominant win thanks to a 600 lb weight reduction, boost of the stock 122 bhp to around 150 bhp and a race tuned S&S exhaust, among the other tweaks!
O'Hara brought it home ahead of the Vance & Hines/Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Standard in second - ridden by Hayden Gillim (who in 2019 came very close to earning the MotoAmerica Supersport Championship), followed by the Roland Sands prepared Indian Challenger raced by Frankie Garcia in third.
