This precision CNC machined 6061 billet cam chain tensioner assembly for M8s (2017-2025) replaces the factory cast unit and adds the reliability and durability of a premium replacement tensioner pad. The pads are injection molded Nylon with added Teflon (PTFE) to increase wear and friction resistance.
The pads are made from injection molded Nylon with added Teflon (PTFE) to increase wear and friction resistance. These tensioners are single piston, duplicating the output pressure of stock units, and ship with ARP 12-point hardware.
Feuling's replacement tensioner pad, pin and bolt works with the factory aluminum housing and hydraulic unit and includes the pad, retaining pin and button head screws.
