Arlen Ness FLT Carbon Fiber Front Fender Options
Dublin, California based Arlen ness Enterprises has added a slew of new parts and applications in recent weeks, including these 3K prepeg Carbon Fiber Front Fender Options for FLT Touring models.
Available in a selection of styles, sizes range from an 18" Fat full length wrapper style for 18" wide/fat tire Baggers, to a choice of Wrapper, Café and Pro Sport 19" options to 21" Fat and Pro Sport styles.

Offered as 18", 19" and 21" fronts, Ness' full length 'Wrapper' front fenders for wide/fat tire baggers, they feature a direct bolt-on design with specially notched sides and smooth radius body lines for contoured curves seen from every angle.
The 8" wide front fender is designed to fit custom 18" x 5.5" front wheels with 180mm tires. Finished in high gloss clear coat that is tested for UV resistance, they have been designed and engineered to allow clearance for up to 14" oversized brake rotors.

"These can be paired with Arlen Ness Smooth style fork boots for a complete-on installation fat tire kit" on 2024-2025 FLHT/FLHX/FLHR/FLTRX and will fit both standard and inverted 2024 Touring front ends.
The 19" is available to fit 1999-2013 FLT, 2014-2023 FLT and 2024 FLT and ships with gloss black anodize finished CNC machined billet aluminum fender brackets. The side window design is CNC routed and cut for consistent, smooth flowing design lines.

Also a notched, direct bolt-on design, the 8" wide, 21" full length Fat front 'Wrapper' style will fit most FLT Touring models from 2014-2013 and 2024 and up.
Available for FLT Touring models from 1999-2025, handmade 19" and 21" Pro Street style cabon fiber front fenders feature a custom double window design for a unique look. They are a direct bolt-on fitment that does not require additional brackets and allow clearance for up to 14" oversized brake rotors. They accept all 130/60-19 width front tires and will work with factory and most aftermarket fork legs.

Finally, Arlen Ness is offering a 19" Café style Carbon Fiber front for 1999-2013 FLT/FLHT and 2014-2023 FLHT/FLHX/FLHR/FLTRX (except: 2023 FLHXSE & FLTRXSE) and 2024-later Touring FLHX/FLTRX.
Like all these fenders they are made on OEM quality tooling from the highest quality Carbon composite materials available. They feature a custom window design and direct, bolt-on fitment. Engineered to allow clearance for up to 14" oversized brake rotors they also accept all 130/60-19" width front tires and work with factory and most aftermarket fork legs.
