Sportster

These quality replacement cylinders for Panhead and Shovelhead models "meet or exceed OEM specifications," says James Simonelli, Twin Power Brand Manager. They are made of aluminum for Sportsters, aluminum with a steel liner for Evolutions and cast iron for Shovelheads and Panheads.

Starters

 
These high-quality replacement starters from Twin Power are "100% new - not remanufactured," says Simonelli. "Our Twin Power starters are going to make sure the bike starts every time - each 1.4 kW starter comes with a limited manufacturer's lifetime warranty and a three-year manufacturer's warranty on Prestolite and Hitachi starters." They are available in chrome and black, subject to application.

HP Oil Pump

With a die-cast aluminum body and high-strength steel gear, this oil pump features a larger rotor for up to 20% more oil pressure, 66% more pressure volume and 100% more scavenge over OEM pumps. It fits stock and aftermarket cam support plates and "is perfect" for Twin Cam 88 and 96 applications.

34-Tooth Compensator Eliminator Sprocket

This 34-tooth sprocket reduces spinning weight by 4.8 lbs. It will eliminate slipping, reduce noise and improve starting on '07-'15 Big Twins and 2006 Dyna. It is machined from 4140 heat-treated steel and made in the USA.

Clutch Kits

These kits include fiber and steel plates, race-proven friction material and tempered steel drive plates. Extra plate kits include a 15% stronger diaphragm spring for increased surface area and greater torque capacity. They are made in the USA and available for '90-'97 Big Twin/'91-up XL; 1941-1984 Big Twin; late 1984-1989 Big Twin.
