American Flat Track - Laconia To Open The Season?

As the race world continues to wait on the starting grid, the latest formal news from the AMA's Daytona Beach, Florida AFT office is of "postponement" of the May 30, Lexington, Kentucky, 'Red Mile'.
AFT said it would "communicate its full updated race schedule following the release of updated federal social distancing guidelines expected at the end of April."

At this time the AFT does not yet appear to have been able to comment or confirm anything further, as the whole of the worldwide motorcycle racing community finds itself enduring ongoing paralysis while pandemic events play out.
At present, postponement of the 'Red Mile' leaves the Laconia Short Track (Loudon, NH) slated to be the season opener on Saturday June 13.

However, with the 97th Progressive Laconia Motorcycle Week (which had been due to start on June 13) having already been rescheduled for August 22-30, it would appear likely that the Laconia Short Track will also be postponed.
If it is, then that would leave the OKC Mile at Remington Park, Oklahoma City, as the season opener on June 20. In theory that would then be followed on successive weekends by the Lima Half-Mile (June 27, Ohio) and the New York Short Track holiday weekend double header (Weedsport Speedway, July 3 and 4) before the planned five-week mid-season break and the Buffalo Chip TT (August 9) and Black Hills Half-Mile (August 11) during the Sturgis Rally.
