Ness 10-Gauge covers

ARLEN Ness has a range of engine and transmission covers for H-D applications available in the 10-Gauge style.
The 10-Gauge billet cam covers are machined from 6061-T6 forged aluminum and replace the OEM die-cast cam cover. The 10-Gauge covers fit all ’01-’15 Twin Cam models and are supplied with all necessary gaskets and chrome hardware. 


Lifter block covers are also available in the 10-Gauge style. These too replace the stock parts, are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and fit ’01-’15 Twin Cam engines.


Pushrod cover kits in the 10-Gauge product line feature lower tubes that allow for easy access for adjustable pushrods. Each kit for use on ’01-’15 Twin Cam engines includes lower tubes, spring cups, top clips and all necessary seals. The OEM inner tubes, springs, and washers are required to complete installation.


Completing the 10-Gauge range of engine covers are billet rocker box top covers. Once again designed for use on ’01-’15 Twin Cam engines, and machined from 6061-T6 forged billet aluminum, they replace the OEM top rocker box covers. They are supplied with all necessary gaskets and chrome hardware.


To complement the engine cover Ness is also offering 10-Gauge transmission side covers and top covers. The 10-Gauge side covers are offered for both cable and hydraulic clutch options. The cable style replaces the OEM cover on ‘07-‘13 Touring models, ‘14-up Touring non-fairing models, ‘07-up Softail models, and ‘06-up Dyna models, and the hydraulic style cover mounts on top of the OEM hydraulic unit found on ‘14-up Touring models with fairings. 


The 10-Gauge transmission top covers are machined from billet aluminum and replace the OEM cast covers on ‘06-up Dyna, ’07-up FLT Touring, and ’07-up Softail models
All of 10-Gauge covers, both engine and transmission, are offered in a choice of chrome or black anodized finishes.
